Social Network

SHINE is an internal network with candidates from different countries and variated skills. They will rely on each other’s expertise and become therefore faster experts then regular programs. 

Through their network they have direct access to each other’s knowledge and become bounded to each other.

The community is a social group that communicates as such also outside work.
